Programs

The Growth Center believes that true positive change starts with the realization that we are purposefully made in God’s image to love Him and others. As followers of Jesus, our faith compels us to reach the poor with practical relief for their physical needs, and spiritual help for the needs of their souls. We focus our work in Lilongwe-Malawi providing education, discipleship and a good Samaritan small projects based on the current needs. 

We work through communities to provide children and youth with support and opportunities to take ownership of improving their lives through education. We also offer ministry in the areas of HIV/AIDS and other terminal diseases. Knowing that people with terminal illnesses generally spend their final moments at home, The Growth Center reaches out to them at their homes to give them spiritual support and informal care to promote, restore and maintain a person's maximum level of comfort, function, and health including care towards a dignified death. Our Community Home Based Care is centered on the word of God.
